Policies

SHIPPING: For made-to-order items, turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed. This depends on how many orders I have--each item takes 3-7 days to make--and how long it takes the yarn to get to me. For ready-to-ship items, turnaround time is 1-2 days. 

RETURNS: I don't accept returns on custom items. I will, however, work with you to figure out a resolution that makes you happy. I haven't had anyone unhappy with their custom orders yet. :) I will accept returns on ready to ship items. You have 1 week to return it in new condition and I will refund you minus shipping.

SIZING: My sizing is pretty generous. If you would like exact measurements on anything, I'll be happy to provide them.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Everything in my shop is machine washable. For wool, I recommend laying the items flat to dry. Acrylic items can go in the dryer on medium heat.
